Generally, in a face to face pedagogical process both learning and examination occurs simultaneously by same teaching participants. This method of examination where students are taught and examined by the same teachers are less likely to give the employer about the skills, traits, and exposure gained during a course of study. Many academicians, professionals and regulatory bodies consider it important to carry out these two functions separately. This has led to the emergence of examining bodies which certify certain level of achievements in a given course of studies by program participants.
