Funding UK Education and Research

As of 2020, Universities in England can charge up to £9,250 per year for tuition fees, or up to £11,100 for an accelerated degree. Universities in Wales can charge up to £9,000 and Universities in Northern Ireland can charge up to £4,395. There’s no limit on tuition fees charged by a private university but there’s a cap on the amount of tuition fee loan you may apply

Prerequisites for admission in the UK universities

International students will be required to provide a comparable academic excellance before they are accepted in UK universities. A statement of comparability can be acquired through UK NARIC. International students would also require to meet english language skills for the relevant academic programs. Students will be required to write a personal statements and this statement will be used by admission officers of relevant universities and colleges for making an admission decision.

Study Visa

International students will be required to make an application for entry clearance for UK. Study visa is subject to stringent requirement and candidate should apply well before the course sart date. In general, it takes three weeks to decide on the student visa application outside the UK. Previously students were admitted to study visa through Tier 4 application. However, after Brexit the Tier 4 Visa is replaced by Student Visa.
